As of February 1st, 2024 all packages received at our U.S Warehouse will be subject to a $1.00 receiving fee which will be reflected on your final bill prior to pickup.

In line with US Customs’ regulations, we charge a fee of $35 for any shipment valued over $2,500. Shipments valued over $2,500 are held by US Customs for 48 hours.

Due to the fragility of goods such as televisions, these types of goods will be billed at a rate of $1.25 cent per inch, which will cover receiving, shipping and proper handling during the loading and clearance process. This does not include insurance.

$3.00 per line item (minimum $12.00) Home consumption entries (c13)- $70.00 + $3.00 per line item. Bonded Entries (c14)- $85.00+ $2.00 per line item

Freight is determined by the physical (actual) or dimensional (size) weight (whichever is greater). Packaging is considered as part of the physical and dimensional weight. The calculation for dimensional weight is: Length x Width x Height (in inches) / 139 = Dimensional (Size) Weight. Your freight fee is based on the greater of the two weights.
