How do I register for a free U.S Address?
To register, simply use our free US address, send invoices to info@specialdeliveryltd.com and we will enter you into our system.

When are your shipping days?

Shipments arrive on Island on Tuesdays and Fridays

How can I schedule a delivery?
To schedule a delivery, simple call our local office and set up a delivery time and date.
Is my packaged insured?

If a package arrives at our U.S warehouse damaged, we notify the customer and offer assistance to return the goods to the seller. If a package is damaged or lost after being scanned into our system, a full refund is given based on the circumstances.

 

Special Delivery does not accept third party delivery confirmations from carriers in the United States. Once an item is scanned into Special Delivery system the item is “Delivered” to Special Delivery.

 

 

Can I Pickup my packages from the US Location?

No. Special circumstances will however be given to medical supplies.

Do you offer International Returns

 No. Not at this time.

I have one receipt but the items shipped separately. What do I do?

If items split into multiple shipments, we hold the order at our US address until all goods for that particular order have arrived. 

What happens if I receive a package with no value?

 If you receive a gift or an item deemed free, please contact the sender to provide a receipt. Every item has a value whether it is deemed to be free. Any package that does not have a receipt will not be shipped.

Do certain items require a permit?

Yes, A package may not be shipped if it lacks the required permit. For example, if you wish to ship a drone, you must contact Bahamas Civil Aviation Department to obtain the required permit.

Can I pickup one of my packages and leave the other?

In the event that a customer cannot pickup all shipments at once, they are required to pickup the ones that were available first.

Are there storage fees?

Packages not picked up within 7 days of the invoice date will be subject to a storage fee of $2.00 day. Items left for 30 days or longer will be sold to cover duty, freight and brokerage charges

Do you offer consolidation?

No. Shipments from different vendors will not be combined or consolidated as one.

 

However,  items within the same order are always billed as one shipment. For example, a walmart order with 5 packages will all be apart of the same bill.
